Serenity’s Beautique is a luxury lash and beauty bar in Ithaca, NY, specializing in lash extensions, lash lifts, brow services, and full-body waxing. Founded and owned by Serenity Dixon, the studio is home to a team of independent artists who share the same standard for quality work, professionalism, and client care. We operate as a team — supporting one another and creating an environment where clients always feel welcomed and taken care of. Whether you’re coming in for a set of lashes, or a wax appointment, you’ll receive consistent, detail-oriented service in a fun and clean space.
CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENTS I ask all clients to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you were more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service booked. CANCELLATION I asked for a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a percentage charged from your book service. Less than 48 hours will be 30%. Less than 24 hours will be 50%. No-shows will be 100%.
