Hi my loves! I’m Serenity, founder of Serenitys Beautique—your go-to lash salon in Ithaca,NY. Offering customized Lash Extensions, Brow Waxing, Lash Lifts, Tinting, Body Waxing, & Lamination. SQUEEZE INS We offer before-hours and after-hours squeeze-in appointments for an additional $50 fee. These appointments must be requested by contacting the salon directly and are not available for online booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
APPOINTMENTS I ask all clients to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. If you were more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service booked. CANCELLATION I asked for a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a percentage charged from your book service. Less than 48 hours will be 30%. Less than 24 hours will be 50%. No-shows will be 100%.
